Kim
Practice Administrator
I’m Kim the Practice Administrator for Dr. Carson. I have been in dentistry since 2000 and enjoy handling all of the business matters so Dr. Carson and Team can focus on helping our wonderful patients. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health. I have lived in Tucson since 2000 and really love Arizona. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, Dr. John R. Carson! I also enjoy hanging out with our two pups, Harry and Gracie, which often visit the office and love greeting patients.

Treatment Coordinator
I started in dentistry in 1997, with Dr. Carson since 2010. I find my position to be very rewarding, I enjoy building relationships with our patients and helping them realize they can get the dentistry they need or want.
Born and raised in Tucson, I am happily married with two amazing boys and four grandchildren. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with the kids, cherishing every moment, as well as gardening, cooking, and camping.

I have had the privilege to be a partner in dental hygiene care with Dr. Carson since 2005. This is truly an amazing office with talented and caring team members. I am proud to be a part of it! Some of the many reasons why I have been with Dr. Carson for so long is his integrity, his artistic and quality dentistry and above all, his genuine caring for his patients and overall wellness. These are all traits and attributes that he expects from his team members as well. Dental hygiene is my passion and it has been the utmost pleasure and honor to partner with such amazing patients throughout my years here. We pride ourselves on individualized care that is comprehensive, gentle and amazing! Come see for yourself!!
I received my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2000, Cum Laude, from Northern Arizona University. I share my life with 3 of the most incredible people, my husband Kurt and my 2 sons, Mason and Zackary.

Dental Assistant
I’m Mila. I joined Dr. Carson’s Practice in August 2019. I have been a Certified Dental Assistant since 1995. I started in dentistry in Honolulu following Massachusetts, New Mexico and Arizona with six months volunteering in South Korea working with our military in 2009. My family and I moved to Mesa, AZ in 1998 and was part of a dental team there all these years prior to moving to Tucson. I am grateful to Dr. Carson for the opportunity of being part of the team.
I am a 2 time Breast Cancer survivor and enjoys hiking, reading and gardening. I have been married to Jesse for 34 years. We have 2 daughters, both married and we are enjoying being grandparents!

I have been passionately practicing dental hygiene since 2002, bringing over two decades of experience and dedication to the team. I am committed to providing exceptional care and always strives to ensure our patients feel comfortable and well-cared for.
Originally from the charming state of Wisconsin, I moved to Arizona in 2015. My husband and I have two beloved rescue dogs, Murphy and Molly, who bring endless joy to their lives. Outside of my professional commitments, I am an active volunteer with HARTT (Humane Animal Rescue and Trapping Team).

I am a proud Tucson native. I started with Dr. Carson in July 2022. I graduated from Pima Medical Institute with honors, achieving an impressive 4.0 GPA. I am dual trained for back and front office, my dedication and passion for helping others shows in my daily adventures.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the vibrant events that Tucson has to offer. With a love for the Tucson community, I am always on the lookout for new experiences and continuing to enjoy life where I can.

Dental Assistant
Everyone calls me Sam, I am a Tucson native, living here with my husband and daughter. I joined the team in September 2019. I graduated from Pima Medical Institute with 4.0 Honors in Dental Assisting, showcasing my dedication and hard work for the field. Since working with Dr. Carson, I have expanded my knowledge by becoming cross trained for front and back office. You can find me throughout the office supporting where I am needed.
Outside of work, I am a proud parent to a spirited daughter who excels in both cheerleading and gymnastics, keeping us busy throughout the year. Aside from extracurricular, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading and trying new restaurants with my husband.
